![]() The difference is that all of the Adventurers who were above Level 65 had been split from those of a lower level, and the stronger ones were gradually growing weaker as they fought until they hit Level 35. She has them scout and gain a full understanding of what happened since there are monsters in the city and the telepathic link doesn’t work as the city has been turned into a dungeon for the sake of the raid. The tenth episode reveals that there was one adult in particular who didn’t get Thanos snapped overnight: Akatsuki. Minori quickly puts 2-and-2 together and reasons out this is the opening attack of the Genius the sisters warned them about. But when morning comes all the adults just so happen to have gone missing. That night, Akatsuki activates the Teaching System in order to acclimate herself to mentoring the kids tomorrow as Minori gets herself ready for the raid. Minori uses that as an opportunity to try and get closer to Shiroe by going shopping with him for Raid supplies, so while she gets primers into equipping for raids, tactics, and other advice that is generally helpful, the other kids train towards being able to fight much stronger enemies by Tetora kiting the enemies towards them while then using a skill that reduces aggro on herself before they have time to get their buffs up. Since the kids are now above Level 50 they are also qualified to participate in the raids, as they have learned their class-specific skills. ![]() The ninth episode promptly picks up with learning about there being an impending attack by a Genius who was maybe around Level 70 in the form of a raid, so they inform the Round Table. End-game content has always been a grind and every expansion makes it worthless except for glamour…Īnyway, the girls then drop the news that what ultimately brought them here was the fact that they felt Genius called Ereinus heading in their direction. Just imagine having to do the first Relic quest for FFXIV when it first came out and you’ll understand the definition of torment. From the girls perspective, this was just the entrance to their cave being blocked and them hibernating until recent events woke them up, but the group as a whole pity them…Įxcept Tetora who got screwed over three times in a row for a grinding quest due to the fact that the game was in its infancy and the content wasn’t well-thought out. ![]() Since every expansion caused power creep by raising the level cap, they were effectively made redundant so the developers brought them in less and less until they eventually stopped appearing. ![]() This is because they were among the first of the ancients when the game came out and the Level Cap was at 50. The eighth episode sets up several overarching plots for the last arc of the season, with the major plot being delivered once the younger members of Log Horizon find a pair of Ancients like Elias, though much weaker than him at only Level 65. So, I watched the last arc of Log Horizon Season 3 and now that the series has gone into hibernation until there is more source material to draw from, I will give a general overview on the major parts before getting into my review for it and the series as a whole. ![]()
